I'm going for ammo mostly. Maybe some fancy schmancy gizmos for my new 870. I'll be wearing the multicam ball cap carrying the multicam Eagle pack with my plunder. If you see me, say hi.

I alomost forgot, is this one at Metrolina or the Merchandise Mart? C&E's website says February's show and March's show are both at Metrolina. I'm pretty sure there was supposed to be a show at each place?

Metrolina Expo is off of Exit 16 on I-77. WHether you need to get off on 16a or 16b depends on which direction you're coming from. The only other details I can think of is that it costs $6 to get in, you can print a dollar off coupon on C&E's site, it's free to park, and it is an awesome show. |

This is the second house we have bought. The first one was 4 years old this one is 33. The garage door opener was original to the house and crapped out the day we closed. Oh well. No biggie I was going to replace it anyway. I actually do love having a house also. We did the apartment thing for about 2 years.

It was a pretty cool show. There was a ton of people. Not a whole lot of 7.62x39 but there was a decent supply of 5.56 and a little 5.45. I got a RIA .45. It's pretty sweet. I'll test it tommorrow. I've got to give some QT to the wife since I spent all day out. You know the drill. Mainly, because of that stinkin' traffic on I-85. I had to detour through town and go up 49. It took a long time to get home. It sucked up an extra 2 hours from traffic delays there and back.

I sat on I85 at exit 79 from 11pm friday night till 3 pm saturday afternoon counting these $$$$ at the clock ticked on!!!!!
Unfortunately I dont get to see them for another 2 weeks......now.....just gotta figure out what "toy" to get and how I am going to hide it from the wife. I may go to the show on sunday just to try to figure out what to get.....maybe a 308 PSS. |

Ended up walking out of there with a brand new Chrome Lined 1:9 M4 Profile Flattop upper, 6 position stock, and stag lower/parts kit for just a tick over $600.
I may go back tomorrow to check out some optics for it. Josh |

I might go back tomorrow, after I do some wiring in my house to add juice to the laundry room to support a new LG front-loading W/D.......did not see much in ammo in the second building--I was wearing the black AR15.com shirt that JAFO did back in '02...
Ammo has gone up since the last Sep show...

A Springfield Garand that I know absolutely nothing (not even Jack Shit) about. I have ammo, clips (Wow, I can say the "C" word finally), and I know the basic operation of the rifle. Other than that, I am clueless. Experts, please direct me. I would like to make sure that I got a decent deal, and didn't buy a POS. That was a fine looking Garand! The Navy Recon Seal could probably tell you all about it. h.gif
I came home with a G21, a box or 2 of cast lead projectiles, and a few rounds of SA 308. Not much, really.have1. Did you buy at least 1 GOOD reloading manual? If not, buy one and READ IT before you even think about starting to reload ANYTHING. Reloading ammo is a good way to blow up a gun or yourself. DO NOT cut any corners and ALWAYS pay full attention to what you're doing when reloading. If I can help you out, give me a holler. 2.
