Isn't this the Town of Brookhaven Range?  Or has the town divested itself of it?

I just received the new Mark Lesko version 2009 Brookhaven Recreation Guide.  There is everything from horseshoe to crab fishing to golf in there.  Not one peep - not one - about the Town Range.

The town owns the range, but it is leased out. So for all intents and purposes it's a privately run company. The town has nothing to do with it.
