That guy(Homeland Defense) will try to rip you off. I needed a RRA match trigger and did not feel like waiting for it via mail. The guy said he would give me one for 120, or I could buy a used one without the pins or instructions for the bargain price of 99 dollars. He also said the pins are not slightly oversized(I thought I read they were in the instructions). I got my first RRA trigger from Pete for 95 and got one shipped for 90 from one shot.
BTW: One Shot has RRA match lowers complete for 290 and he will split shipping with you, he is sending an FFL to Bachman |

"That Guy" I am referring to is NOT Homeland Defense, nor LoneStar Guns. LoneStar is a jerk. I'm thinking of the "other guy" that sold one to TXL. I have his card somewhere-- might have trashed it by accident. I think he's had them for $88 a couple gun shows in a row now at Big Town... 1 per customer. |

Eric has the SA-80 magazines in, comes out to $20 each(incl tax) for an all steel, NIW, Limey magazine. The prices of Surefire lights went down about $5. Lots of scopes there, a few of the scope guys that haven't been to Big Town in a year have returned. Free beef jerky samples, no kettle corn, a guy with a crate of MP5-SDs selling them for $700 each. The guy with the $370 Savage rifles is not there, he's usually only at FtW and Market Hall. A new vendor with lots of reloading stuff, noone has powder though. A really neat metal detector at the door which increases the time waiting in line by about 100%(the event staff decided to get rid of it by 11am). mm |

Was great meeting up with TRG & Family, DPeacher and Family, and ILL for lunch at BJ's.
Went to the show.. hung out, had fun. Didn't buy anything. The $88 RRA lowers were gone, and they have 25 on order for $99 each. Missed out on seeing a guy get caught trying to walk out the door with a stolen handgun.... I did see them interrogating him. |

We got home about 30 min ago, all in one piece. It was great to see all of you, Energizer, ilikelegs and Sony Playstation, TRG and his wonderful wife and their friend, and of course EricThe(HospitableAsAlways)Hun. We had a great time!
