I just put a deposit on a Bushy M4A3 at Ramsey Outdoor. It's the same one I had seen for $60 more at Meltzers. Plus, this one comes with a 10 rd mag instead of a 5.

I know about the new permanant 15 rd mag rule. The question is...are those permanent 15's available? If not, any suggestions on buying at least 10 rd mags such as where and how much I should expect to pay.
