If you don't get an answer here contact the range officers or promoters/clubs holding the 3 gun events close to you they might know of some good smiths near you or in Ohio.

Ask Pete at Wicked Weapons in Dayton, his primary business is welding, but he does laser, micro TIG, and TIG..
Not sure what you refer to by "welded lifter" though.. |
