Since neither Kevin nor Ed Sr. are answering emails about this, perhaps a mod or staff member will see this and pass along the info.

It's a shame that being a dealer on here is so difficult. Every subscription service I've dealt with has sent "time to renew" notices. Except ARFCOM.



I just noticed that my account has been down-graded to Member, from dealer. Don’t you guys send out renewal reminders at all, or is it up to use to a) determine the exact date of our upgrade account expiration then b) figure out exactly how much we owe?



So, there is it. For all to see.

Guess maybe I'll have to look at spending it to advertise in SOF or SWAT magazine....

Ed,

I realize you are busy and nothing was meant by me posting that you hadn't answered. Sorry if it seemed that way. But, like you, I've a business to run and time is money, etc.

I sent a message to Aimless about this.

I went through all my email from January and found nothing for this....and this is something I would have saved.

Oh well...the reason I don't just "send my money in" is that prices often change and I want to make sure to send in the correct amount.

Something completely off topic, so I hope you don't mind Tim.

I recently tried to order something from your website (practicaltactical.net) and when I went to check out I got a warning that basically said your site could not be authenticated and that sometimes this happens with illegitimate websites trying to mimic legitimate sites. Now I know you're legit, but I just wanted to check and make sure all is okay (as in I was at the right address) before I resubmit my order.

www.practicaltactical.net/StoreFront.bok is the ecommerce website area. The security cert does that now and again, but if you have any doubts, feel free to call me at 602-402-7385 and I'll take care of it over the phone.
