If you're over 18, have an MI beginners D/L , you can take a full license a month later after the written beginners is taken. Well, what if you forgot about it,
and your beginners expires, do you have to take the written test and wait another month before you can take the full license driving test?

Not for me, but a friend of mine waited and his beginners expired yesterday

Thanks

Since it has been expired for less than 30 days he just needs to bring in all of his identification again and pay $25 to get a new permit. They will waive the 30 day waiting period to take the driving test so if he can schedule it he could take it the same day he gets his permit again.
