At 8:52 a.m this morning, we received from the California Department of Justice new “emergency” regulations on “large-capacity” (so-called “high-capacity”) firearm magazines.

Is this anything really new, it appears to be the announcement of the implementation of the new law and how the DoJ intends to meet the deadlines in the new law. Did anybody see anything that the CA resident NOW needs to do BEFORE the law goes in to effect? except maybe send your mags out of state or otherwise deal in your own way with the ban.

You have to convert them to ten round magazines.

Just tell them to bend over and you will give them your "High" cap magazine!
