With that bullpen, it's hard to feel bad about it. I feel for Bobby C more than anyone else. It will be a long time before there is another game with that kind of drama...

I have never in the history of sports seen any other team that is SO DOMINANT during regular season play and is SO HORRIBLE in the playoffs like the Braves are.  Every year, year after year you can just count on them to win the division and loose in the first series of the playoffs, its just a given.  Bookies are gona stop taking beats when people bet against the Braves in the playoffs.  Hell if I was a bookie the Braves in the playoffs would definatly be a closed book.

80 something more years before they can top the Red Sox and finally move on.

Yeah, that must be it. They are creating their own legend, legacy, whatever. If you can't be remembered for wining, at least be remembered for losing. The Braves do that quite well in post season and are, buy far, the best at doing it in the modern era.

Did the Braves make it to the playoffs this year?  Hmm, must have missed it.

My give-a-damn meter never moves more than a millimeter when it comes to professional sports.
