Saw it on a black Ford Focus hatchback. I was only a few cars back from you in the left lane but I couldnt catch up to you in all that morning traffic to say hello.

Thought I saw a BFL on the yellow 'Tonka' pickup. You've gotta love the morning commute, huh?

Yeah, the US1 crawl, I do it every morning. Now I'm doing it 30 minutes earlier as they changed our business hours at work. So if thats your regular commute at that time you'll probably see the Tonka more often.

I fkin hate US1 in the morning... I try to stay away from it, rather take 836. I only use a small portion of it from I95 to 27th ave in the afternoon.

I can take another route but it only saves me 5 minutes and cost me a dollar too. I really hate when there is an accident on US1 cause there's no emergency lane to move the cars too. Almost makes me what to have an automatic transmission .... almost.

I'm actually not minding the US1 AM crawl that much. I head from SW 152nd St to NW 79th, along US1 to 95. In the AM I use it as chill time. I've got my first cup of coffee and either some podcasted talk radio or some tunes, and am usually at work in around 40 minutes. Coming home is another story, and I hate 836 with a passion (I take it about half the time), 826 almost as much.

Yeah I bought the focus after I started this commute. I had a supercharged manual Ranger that got around 13 mpg, and my knees were getting wrecked. The car payments for a couple years equaled about what I was paying in gas previously. Hah.

yep. that's why I dont drive stick anymore, my knees were killing me holding down the cluch the whole damn ride home.

Supercharged Ranger eh? Impressive, I would have liked to see that. I have a Sport Trac, so same clutch so I understand.

It doesn't hurt my knees but eventually my left foot will go numb.
