If any of you are near Spfld this week, stop out at Capital Airport. From Tues Aug 12- Sun Aug 17, these two planes will be on display. They're doing some sort of tour for $5.

These two planes belong to the former Confederate Airforce. They are now called the Commemorative Airforce. This B29 is supposedly the only one flying in the world today. The B24 is one of two, this being the oldest (1941).

One of the crew members was telling me that he flew combat missions in a B29.

It was cool watching it fly over town today.
