Help me out here, I'm not 100% on this one.  

Can I sell a used firearm to a 19yr old person?  I'm almost certain I can, I just wanted to make sure I had all my T's crossed and I's dotted.  I'm drawing a blank and I know I should know this one.

yes you can sell to someone 18-20, but they cant buy a handgun from a FFL...
