Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - Arf tech question

My message box always shows a new message but when I click on it, it says the site is down for maintenance.  Any advice how to fix this or is everyone's doing that?  Keep in mind I'm not very techie so dumb it down for me lol.

They're having issues. I'm pretty tech-tarded myself so I get it. Try clearing your cache files and reloading and see if that helps.

Took me a little bit to find the cache area but it works now, thanks
