No, SBRs aren't legal, that will require legislation to change.

I agree, it blows. A shorty w/can (assuming AG Cox OKs cans) would be a nice combination! Hopefully we can get the SBR/SBS law changed someday.

To make a shorty with a can, do you have to permanently attach the silencer to be legal. I'm assuming you must the way they wrote to law.
