You would have to wait till your 21 unless the AR had HBAR stamped on the REC. (Some bushy's and Colts have it)

Also if you want to shoot it be careful where you do it. Some officers may snatch you up since you are under 21 and are in possession of a firearm that was not made safer by having HBAR stamped on it. Make sure your pops is with you when you shoot. He can buy it and hold on to it unti you turn 21. I may be wrong but it has been 10+ years since I had to deal with the age issue. |

huh, I thought it was the "Free State" Yeah right  ETA: Maybe they call it that from all the people in the city living off of the tax payers for free. Yeah, now THAT makes to call it the free state then.

Have you noticed how the MD quarter (design chosen by Glendening) says 'old line state' - like he couldn't stand the thought of MD being the 'free state'? |

Like my CHL?  I personally haven't bought any guns yet. But I have seen plenty here that you cat buy in MD. You see when I moved out here I started to get a real bad infection (possibly in my bodes) and it was really hell to pay for about 3 weeks. I have no health insurance so paying all those Hospital bills really drowned me. I am getting back on my feet financially now, so it wont be long till I get some new toys. But top answer your Q better I have seen CHEAP Hi-Cap (over 20) rifle mags and pistol mags. There is also a lot of decent handguns (not colts or berrettas or glocks) that you can buy here that aren't allowed to be sold in MD. Very small framed handguns, derringer's things like that. I have also noticed Class III stuff out here is cheaper. |
