I want to pick up an Aimpoint tomorrow but I want a LaRue mount, the local range only has ARMS.

See Scott at A-ZONE at the Taylor gun show at Gibralter this weekend. I believe he stocks them.

I need a picatinny rail about 7" long flat base low rise like 1/4" thick max, no angled base - not going on an ar15 - going on my MAC10 smg to mount an eotech. Can you help me out?

I think this will work for your application. Even if the Eotech hangs off the rail a bit as long as the clamp is in place it wont matter. Cobray makes a mount for your that gun but they way they have thier catalog set up it wont let me pull a link from it

Thanks anyway Wraith - don't want that cobray clamp on deal. I have a sidecocking upper meaning the top of the receiver is flat and is the perfect spot for a low profile optic mount. I want to bolt in a picatinny short flat rail. Then mount the eotech.

Well I did come across a site that sells just rails in darn near any size you would want. But I cant remember what the name of the sight is. I'll keep looking for it and I'll let you know.

Don't worry about it - got her done! Used a low profile weaver rail. Went out and sighted it in - seems pretty sweet now. Thanks for your efforts.
