I just bought some new toys, so I'm getting rid of some stuff and abandoning my AK74 project to help pay for it, so let me know if anyone is interested in anything and I'll bring it. If not, it'll keep collecting dust.

1. MP5A3 stock, German manufacture, IG date code, not a contract stock. very good+ condition, in fact was refinished when I got the gun converted and hasn't been used since.

2. Bulgie AK74 parts kit and mags:
Complete Bulgie kit from KVAR w/ wood furniture, for stamped 5.45 receivers. Includes bayonet

KVAR plum 4-piece US made poly stock Warsaw Pact standard butt stock length for all stamped receivers.

Bulgarian side rail optics mount with rivets.

8 Bulgie Mags, black ribbed AK-74 ribbed polymer, 5.45x39.5

Tapco US parts kit w/ single hook trigger group that includes the hammer, trigger, and disconnector by FSE, stainless steel gas piston and pistol grip.

Everything you need (except the receiver) to put together a very nice AK74 clone.

I'd like to sell as a package, if I can't I'll split it up. All 'new' and unmounted. Only been lightly fondled...

3. USGI LBV vest, holds six AR mags and a couple frags. Would work pretty well if you want something cheap for the MODCC tactical matches. Used, typical condition for USGI web gear.

I'll dig through my pile and see if I have anything else I don't need...

1 box of .222 40gr vmax (was mixed in with .223 at a no returns sale) free to someone who can use it.

Anyone interested in a swiss K31? good condition, shoots great.
I will try to make it to the shoot. By the way I went by rocky forks yesterday, the maintenance crew was out there doing some work on the range. I think they were replacing the target boards or something. Ought to be in good shape for saturday.

I've got a DVD player I'd like to sell(it's firearms related- I've watced SPR and BHD on it). Nothing wrong with it. The wife and I just bought a new one on Sunday that plays mp3's also.

So, aside from not playing mp3's, it's a pretty good unit. The details:

RCA model #RC5215P
Video Outs: Component, S-video, and the rca plug one(yellow in middle)

Audio: rca and digital/optical

Surround: TruSurround(whatever the heck that is), Dolby Digital, and DTS. You have to have a receiver that has the digital/optical input and can decode Dolby Digital and/or DTS.

Owners Manual
Remote(NOT original. It is, however, an RCA universal remote, so it has all the exact same buttons, plus functions for TV, VCR, etc.)

I also have an RF modulator. It was used VERY little. You'll need this if your TV doesn't have S-video or the rca video input and you need a coax' connection.

3-way patch cord.

Basically everything you need to hook it up.

I'd be interested in talking to you about acquiring the AK project from you, but funds are tight right now...
July might be a different story...
Anyway we'll talk Saturday...

I just happen to be in the market for an inexpense player...

Sorry AeroE and Duke, but I will not be supplying the DVD player for "aeration training" this year. I'll look around and see what else I can provide

JC, bring the ammo!

I have an excellent+++ Bulgarian Makarov in 9X18 w/ perfect bore, and 95% blueing. It comes w/ Pearce rubber grips, two plastic grips, a Fobus holster, leather holster, lanyard, 4 mags, and mag loader I'd sell/trade.

I value the package at around $225

Interested in the Port. ammo or that AK kit already

Link Posted: 5/30/2003 2:28:22 PM EDT
jcbrown, I'll trade you my black powder pistol and the accessories needed to shoot it for a case of 7.62 NATO. Interested?
Link Posted: 5/30/2003 3:50:54 PM EDT
First - the AK kit isn't mine. Wish it was!

But as far as trades, I need cash for some upcoming purchases, otherwise I'd consider it. The need for green is the only reason I'm selling it.
