I've got the unit until the end of March and I can't get out of my lease without paying more in penalties than what rent costs.  SO, I've got a 1 bed 1 bath unit just sitting there empty.  If you know anyone who really needs a place to stay for the next six weeks, let me know and I'll see if I can help.  :)

I graduated last summer and just finished up all my grad school applications.  Now I'm back with the parents until this fall.  I'd hate to see the apartment go to waste.  If anyone knows anyone who is down on their luck and needs a place to stay while they get back on their feet, let me know.
