Does anybody know someone who can remove a pinned muzzle device off an ar without destroying the muzzle device? I want to change my rail on my AR.

Tim at two river arms. He does great work. He's worked on my guns. Blued an ak47 for me and welded and pinned a break on an ar15 for me. He is top notch. He is very higly regarded in the ak47 community and in some class 3 circles.
