I heard a loud bang right before I left the gun show in Fredericksburg on Saturday, turns out it was a .308 rifle going off.

A guy from the VCDL told me that some other dealers guns had live rounds pop out of the action after they were checked following the initial discharge, prompting suspicion that the guns were serruptitiously loaded by antis trying to shut down the show. I have no idea if this part is true or not.

All the more reason to place the zip ties or other "lock out" devices on your sale items. I have heard that many dealers consider it a hassle -- I would consider it cheap insurance.

Why was the person that fired the weapon allowed to leave? There had to of been plenty of people who saw him.
