I am new to reloading, new in that I've never done it before but I have all the equipment sitting here.  My hangup right now is getting my hands on primers.  II can't find any small rifle primers anywhere online unless I spend $50 a box on Gun Broker.  As far as I know no one locally sells reloading supplies.  Does anyone on Long Island or even upstate a ways (I to go the Saratoga area about once a month) how any powder or primers in stock at a reasonable (>$40 or so) price?
