I have a P40. It was one of my carry guns. The recoil could be described as "brisk." And, even after a couple hundred rounds it is still not completly relable. Ocassionally it will fail to return to battery. A slap to the back of the slide will close it up. I bought a S+W 642 to carry instead.
I still have the gun, maybe someday i'll figure out how to make it run right. I guess i could use an extra mag. uafgrad, how did you come to have a mag for a gun you dont have? |

I believe I actually have a SS K40 full size w/night sights. I'll take a look for it tomorrow.
