hmm I didn't think the gun shows started until October, or is this not one of the Tri State shows?

I went today.  Sold an item bought an item or two.

Lots of dogs, and canines

OMG the prices some of those old dudes were asking.  I about fell out.  One guy had a used USP9 for $800.  FIRM

Plenty of beat all to shit SKS rifles for 300-400 dollars.

Bought a USP45 Tactical mag, guy had no idea what it was, for $5.00.  I even told him it fit the 45 USP guns, he said "I dont really know, how about 5?"  I took it...

All in all something to do, no big deal.

My g/f had a big time laughing at the guys selling used toilet seats and broken boat propellers.

I went all three days.  That breaks up the walking for these old legs.  Weather was great, good selection of food at reasonable prices, close parking, site is adjacent to major highways and there are plenty of stores/restaurants nearby.  Don't really miss Kenton, other than the 'ambience'.

Highlights of my finds:  Armalite Generation 2 AR10 mags for $20 each (and some Gen. 1's for the same price),  A 7 drawer Kennedy Machinist chest with about 30 pounds of tools for $15, Gunny had Large Alice packs with LC2 frames for $5,  East German Wieger .223 AK mags for $20 each, 15 ft. dog tie out chains for $2.50 each, a brand new Sheffield steel veneer saw for $1, .308 Enfield mag, new, for $5, and a U.S. Model 1817 'Common' rifle for $190.

All in all, a good time.  Max McCluer and his staff are to be commended on a well run show.
