We fixed 34 lbs of Turkey (24 lb bird, 10 lb breast)
Two half steam table pans of broccoli casserole
Two half steam table pans of sage dressing
Half Steam table pan of mashed potatoes
Half Steam table pan of Mac & Cheese
Two qts of homemade noodles
6 qts of broth.
3 huge pies (2 Pumpkin, 1 Pecan)
Damn near NO LEFTOVERS LEFT.
AND, to top it off we went to Sam’s today and they were closing out thawed Turkeys at .58 a lb, we grabbed a 16 lb bird and it’s in the oven now.
I need to go back to work to get some rest.
