Drove all around Philadelphia today couldn't find one below 2,400. What happened to all the ones for 1,400?

How about Lock's on Frankford avenue in Philadelphia?
Last time I was there (about 2 months ago) they had at least 3-4 preban AR15s about the $1400-$1500 range.
