Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - Any update on the Austin rock thrower?

Maybe my internet search skills are bad, but I can't find anything after his (Patrick Eugene Johnson) June arrest.  An initial trial date was set for June 30, but there is no word on Google that I can see.

Anyone heard anything?  Hope he dies in prison.  

ETA:  I guess the June 30 trial was for something else (perv-related).

Sentenced to life for sexual assault of a minor(unrelated to rock throwing charges)

I heard from DA that they still will prosecute him for rock throwing stuff as well.
