Might be looking to transition from renting to buying a house but with the market going crazy again and prices/rates shooting up I'm not sure it's possible...

I'm wondering if it's even worth looking right now as availability on Zillow and various Realtor's sites seems slim.
Looking in N Mesa by the 202.

Interested in this also...except in the west valley.  Looking to get a house with a bigger garage and turn my existing house into a rental.

I highly recommend my realtor who has helped us with our house purchase in northern Glendale as well as office condo purchase in northern Peoria. I don't know if he's on here, but he's definitely a gun enthusiast.
