I need to hit a show myself (Preferably a PA or VA one). I need ammo (5.56 & 6.8), magazines would nice, and a Kel Tex Sub 2000 (Glock variant). |

I'm planning on buying a Cx4 Storm. Wondering if I could get one cheaper at a Gun Show. On Target has one left and the price tag is $624.
Would I be able to buy one out of state? Also wondering if I can get Storm accessories (top rail and front 3-rail add-on) and 20+ round Beretta mags for cheaper than what On Target sells them for. I'd probably also pick up a few more 20 round AR mags and Glock mags. |

Legally? Yes, no problem. I bought an SKS in Va a number of years ago from a dealer. The problem is some dealers are so misinformed they might be too scared to sell it to you.
Almost guaranteed. |

Pissed I had to work on the Saturday Dulles show. I need some more 30 rounders for my AR but that problem will soon be solved so its all good. The Harrisburg shows any good? I dont want to drive 2 hours for crap lol.

Usually they are. Though I gather one company puts on a better show than the others. Last PA show I made it to was in York and it wasn't bad. Got some new full-cap Glock 19 magazines (Glock Brand) for a decent price. If I pick up a Sub 2K you can bet I'll be going back for some G-18 magazines  .

I wouldn't mind got to the Dullas show, but my kids have educational events going on in the afternoon of the 4th so I'll have to see (if they didn't have the event I'd be camping with "the guys"). How are the vendors there? Good Deals? Willing to sell rifles to Marylanders?

There is a show this weekend in cumberland at the fair grounds. Its more of a sportsman show then a gun show tho. There are a few gun dealers there but mostly the same ones that are at the other MD gun shows. Montel Gun is running the show, his phone number is 301-689-5381. I would call him and find out what dealers are out there before making the 3+ hour drive.
*edit* Ok this one isn't the sportsman show its a gun show. He has the sportsman show later in the year. |

I think there's the one in Upper Marlboro on the 18th and 19th of Feb. Last time I was there, it sucked really, really bad though. Not sure if I'll go back again.

I agree. The Upper Marlboro show has gone way down hill in the past 10 years. Last time (November 05) was the worst I've seen it. The only reason I'll go is if I can't resuply ammo at the Dulles show.

Thats too far to drive for a 400 table show. Google map says 80 miles. Wait 1 week. There are gun shows for the next 3 weekends (Dulles, Timonium, PG county). |

We are headed down tomorrow AM. Supposed to be packed! We are stopping at Shooters indoor range after the match to burn some the .223 ammo we will (hopefully) buy. I am also looking for low recoil buckshot & will give that a test after the show.
