Link failed for me............ But if it's the one at Sherburne, I'm working all weekend.

There's also a CASA (Special Olympics related) match June 5th, at the Rapides S.O. range, for those interested.

I'm between Ville Platte and Mamou, right on the edge of CENLA.

We consider ourselves the guardians of the northern part of Acadiana.  LOL

TDY to Fort Polk.

Well, sort of TDY. This contracting gig has lasted over a year so far but in this economy I haven't gotten anything else.

I live 2 miles outside of Mamou.  It used to be a lot more fun.  Of course, I was younger then, so that might have something to do with it.  But it used to be one hell of a party on Tuesday when the riders came back into town.  Now, it's all pretty much over around 3;00 in the afternoon.  Looks like a ghost town after that.  Used to be, the party would go on til at least midnight.  I remember riding back to LSU late one night in the back of a pickup, sleeping and trying to sober up for a test the next morning........
