Doubt you will find anyone to order  one for you. You do know it is illegeal to build an ak rifle in md now.  It is the same with ar 15 unless it means their legal rifle you can not build it because they are banned in md

I'm not asking about a rifle.  I am focused on SBR/pistol builds in full compliance.

AK rifles in 7.62x39 are banned, not 5.45 or 5.56. Call MSP for verification. Please be sure of your info before you spread it.

And yet if you go to the link you posted, and actually search, you will find several AK variants listed as being MD legal.

Pistols and SBR AK are also not rifles, and legal too. But to purchase a receiver for one it would need to be on the handgun roster of approved models.

The Arsenal 106 in 5.56 is perfectly legal.  spelled out on the official list from the MSP.  But as far as the OP's question, due to the fear of the MSP thought police, I doubt you will find an ffl willing to bring in any AK receiver.  That's just a personal opinion, but an informed opinion.
