This is a great website, but nothing beats the hometown forum. Granted, we all live in an oppressed, socialist, corrupt state, but I have never met a better bunch of guys on any web forum than this place. Maybe the fact that we're all armed keeps us honest.

I have the PRI (People's Republic of Illinois) HTF bookmarked and I check it every morning along with a handful of other sites. I don't have time to check all of the different forums here and I won't unless I'm looking for some information or something to buy. It does sometimes seem like this is a stand alone forum.
We're lucky to have a good group of regular contributors. |

Yes I do have this forum hot linked on my desktop!
It just makes it faster for me to get here...I also use the "jobrelatedstuff.com" mirror!

For me this is one of 3....

I visit Active Topics first, because it's usually the fastest source of ANY breaking news anywhere.
I don't always make it to ILHTF. |

This is usually my first stop.

I click My Active Topics first, then a couple sections of the AR section, then visit the HTF.
I only primarliy visit 2 forums on the internet, this one, and predatormastersforums.com. WIZZO |

not very often. i'd say i peak in when there is some big IL news.
Other than that, i'd say i average a visit once every 3 months. |

I check it every day, but I work here, so it doesn't count.
I usually start here, then work to the moderator forums for any news or orders, then to the team forum to see what the daily whoopla is, then to the reloading forum(my newest hobby), then to the AR15 section/Variants in particular, then to the handgun section. I don't even go to the general discussion forum anymore, unless I'm really bored. |
