Words escape me.  Someone needed to take a baseball bat to this dipstick.

Edited the title.
My bad, I was reading another article about Augusta and got them confused.

I'd take the cuffed hand of the asshole off at the wrist with a hatchet or machete. Victim would then be free again. Albeit with an extra hand.

It's wrong. View the Sorce document and the perp is supposedly a vol firefighter in Dalton and same document references Walker County is is a LOOOOOOONG way from Augusta.

Regardless, at least the cop who showed up didn't have to use his own cuffs. Pretty convenient when perps bring their own.

This is why I feel psychological examinations should be required of all public safety personnel. Especially volunteers.  I've had the misfortune of knowing some real dirtbags that were allowed into people homes and lives.
