A couple of guys from my company just attended AAI's FAST training in Saint Augustine, Fl, excellent training, sound and practical fighting techniques as well as realistic senarios.  The heat index was brutal but it was brutal too after katrina, training in adverse conditions is what it is all about. Thanks Russ, you will see us again brother!

I would agree, an excellent weekend of training. The first day worked on getting us all on the same page so to speak with drills that are commonly expected from a standard carbine or pistol shooting course, but once you hit the second day everything changes. Sunday was chocked full of senario based training drills that ranged from basic team movement and communication drills to more complex and dynamic drills including fighting your way from an ambushed vehicle. Definately worth the time and money. Thanks Russ!
