Gentlemen,
I just made a firearm trade with a VA resident. Need I do anything other than ship the handgun via an approved carrier (fedex next day air) to his FFL of choice? I know that OK (my state) doesnt require an out of state ffl licensee to ship to an OK FFL (per federal laws), but thought there may posibly be a VA state statute requiring shipping from out of state ffl to VA ffl.
Can anyone enlighten me?

Thanks for your help!

THe recieving FFL might require that the firearm be shipped from an FFL, so the buyer needs to find out.

thanks for the input.
-its sad the dealers make us jump through one more hoop.
I wonder if it because of any legal liability issues......

Does Blue Ridge?

Yes, Blue Ridge requires that all firearms be recieved from an FFL. They will not give anyone other than an FFL a copy of their FFL.
