Interestingly enough, I found that the existing process for reclaiming recovered stolen firearms to be a joke. My stolen pistol took three months to move from the recovering law enforcement agency to the one that had jurisdiction. That department couldn't even give me an estimated time for me to pick up what was rightfully mine. Nor could they tell me what proceedures had to be followed to begin the reclaimation process. I finally had to call the Police Chief's office to get resolution. I'm going to look up AB2431 so I can see for myself what has to be done if they ever find the rest of my guns.

speaking of movie... Right after he signed AB-50 he signed a bill aimed at getting movie directors back there in Hollywood. The bill allows for easier access for the producers and whatnot to get their hands on Machine guns and other guns that are not only federally banned but also state banned. I love politics.

I heard after filming the movie "The Terminator" Arnold was given a real UZI sub-machinegun, same model he used in the movie.  If this is true I wonder if he still owns and possesess it in this State.
