I tried to get help on the GD on this, but being that I have to use the computer at work, was useless. If someone with computer skills better than I can help, I have not been able to get windows to operate at all, it is hard for me to explain exactly what happened in text. I could do better speaking to someone on this. Anyone willing to assist me, please PM me here. Thanks.
