Someone in California bought an AR grip I had on Gunbroker. Can I ship it to California without breaking any laws?

Absolutely. The AR grip by itself is just a part, and is not regulated.

The purchaser could be replacing his existing pistol grip, or adding it to his FAB-10 or fixed 10 round lower.

Perfectly legal.

You can legally ship any part of any firearm to Cali as long as it isn't a frame or receiver (i.e. lower receiver for an AR), or something regulated under the National Firearms Act.

Thank you, gentlemen, for your quick response. There will be another AR grip in your state soon.

At first I smirked because I thought it was a joke...

...then I was saddened to the fact that some of our laws are so ridiculous that these type of questions get asked.
