I just got my first AR lower, so in the future I need an upper for it. I'm at the point where I have to decide whether I want to build it myself, or buy a complete upper. The only problem, with building it myself is I don't have any of the necessary tools, and neither do my friends, And buying all the special stuff isn't cost effective.
Is there anyone in Tucson who would help a noob out?
If there is that means I can start buying upper parts one by one instead of saving up to buy a full upper next year.

Oops I forgot to edit my post, another member IMed/ Emailed me and was quite helpful, and has offered to help me with everything (I dunno if he wanted to remain unnamed or not since he didn't post in the thread).
I followed the tacked thread and my lower is basically complete except for tightening the castle nut and finishing off the roll pins.
It's nice to know more than 1 Tucson arfcommer has the proper devices/ tools needed for a build.
