Called on the 29th and the bill was pulled for re-write. I'm wondering what the re-write is?

"Hearing canceled at the request of author."
I called Ridley-Thomas' Excremento office to find out what's going on. Person who answered didn't know. Left VM in a Mr. Robinson's box, asking him to call me back and leave a message. |

It was amended and now it's a TAX bill, so it'll need a 2/3 majority vote to get passed...way more difficult to get passed since it's now a tax bill as opposed to a FEE-type deal...
