COME DOWN, HAVE FUN, AND WATCH ME BUMBLE THROUGH THE STAGES!!!!
don't you have anything better to do than lurk around all the forums? get out of the house more. and clean that DIRTY black rifle once in awhile!
its a tan rifle. and arent you supposed to be at work right now?
I'm gonna have to call BS on that. |
Err I should have said I don't have the right three guns |
you can borrow anything you need. lots of folks are shooting other peoples stuff, just to try it, or because they need it.
I have shotty's you can run. |
You coming down by any chance? |
not sure if Glory will be there, but i will.... i have an 1100 auto and an 870 that are available to anyone to borrow.
(hint) the 1100 doesnt like reduced recoil buck. |
LIAR!! What do you need? You supply your own ammo and I will supply the hardware. |
Oh yeah........... bring every f'ing flashlight you have!
Just a word of advice.. If you don't have a red filter get one. Anytime you do anything at night bring at least one light with a red filter. |
and becareful of the "REDUCED LOAD" shot shells. And NO WHINING!
ARin, its more black for not being cleaned than tan. Love your guns and it will love you back.
If anybody needs to borrow a rifle, pistol or shotgun let me know. I will be there and will bring some piston M4's, a couple of 9mm pistols and Saiga semi-auto 12 gauge with 10-round magazines. I don't know if they will allow the magazines be pre-loaded this time or not though.
You bring the ammo and you are more than welcome to use what you need. thanks, Ron |
Do we need to know a secret code to get past the gate or anything?
Not for the 3-Gun match thanks, Ron |
tell me can three gun challenges become addictive?.I've never done one but interested none the least
Done some steel plates best I could do was 3.8 seconds with a stock G36 drawing from a SOB holster I wish I had more funds to feed my Heathen appetite |
well, ive only done it once, and i think im pretty much addicted. Its a lot of fun.
WOW! totally tactical tommy with his airsoft in the dorm room. i'll be impressed if he can do it while under pressure and at nite. BTW, whats with the camo and full kit? is he going to AIRSOFT WAR?
I might stop by, but likely not shooting. I don't have my shit together for this at all LOL. Even if I borrow a shotty, I don't have a good weapon light for the AR. I'm also waiting on some rifle ammo that's not going to make it here until Tuesday now due to some train derailment somewhere. I swear UPS has more train derailments than I've ever heard of. Must be a standard excuse in some software drop box.
How late does it run? I'd like to go but I work in the morning.
Scot45 & 1337G,
Just shoot what you can. It's fun. 1337G, you can use my rifle and I'll give you ammo. Scot45, shoot until it gets past your bedtime then bail like cinderella before you turn in a freakin' pumpkin'. |
ErnieB,
Thanks for taking the time out of your busy schedule to answer my question jackA#$ PS - I still want the X300's. |
last month we wrapped up around 11/12
BUT you can leave much earlier if you want.....as soon as you finish your stages you can bounce. pussy. |
Scot you see what he said about your mom? You going to let him get away with that? |
Not everyone can be a hard core tacticool dentist - some of us need our beauty sleep. |
burn where?
he said i was hardcore, tacticool, and a dentist. All three of those things are true. |
At least one was right. |
I think I'm going to go to this shoot and see ARin kick everyone's ass over these posts.
Good training. It really lets you know where you are at with your skills and equipment. And a far as you guys getting beauty sleep from what I have seen no amount of sleep will help how you look.
I didn't make it. How did everyone do?
I heard a rumor there was no shotgun stage. |
rumor confirmed...."2 gun" apparently...
bummer, but the pistol and rifle stages were fun. you would have done well on the pistol stage, for the rest of us....it was frustrating as hell. some moderate range steels at the end of the pistol stage that were hard as hell to hit. i used my magnifier on the rifle stage, and i think it slowed me considerably. Havent trained enough with it, and no doubt i was slower than with a bare aimpoint. Doc showed up but pussed out and didnt shoot. i tried to talk Scot and 1337G into coming...but no dice. |
I was waiting for GB to call me and let me know he was on the way down...but that never happened. By the time I realized what time it was, the vicious couch in the living room had already sucked me in. Glad you had fun. I'll try to get my shit together for the next one. |
i was gunna try and make but the boss had me pulling OT at work.. coudnt pass that up.. maybe next time bro.. i think jason will try and make it also..
jon.. |
anyone gotten scores in their email yet?? im not really sure that im all that excited to actuallly SEE my scores....but interested none the less.
When is the next round going to be? There are a couple of us over in Pahrump that would love to come play.
ARin,
I have not seen any scores yet and likewise am not too sure I really want to either.hinking.gif |
dakatagoon,
2nd Saturday of every month. Next 2 are night shoots 9:00 PM. Come play. |
ya, pistol stage was BRUTAL. |
How was the stage set up? |
last set of steels were FAR away....someone with better distance perception could probably quantify that for you.....but they felt FAR AS HELL......like the small lollipop steels were completely covered by the front sight. I dont feel like i see very well at night either.....
Like when we rabbit hunt, John and Doug are always pointing out rabbits that i just flat out cant see. But ya, it was brutal....several of the steels taking NUMEROUS shots to successfully neutralize. But in the end, TONS of fun. |
