     Just wanted to give you guys a reminder.  The Area 6 3-Gun Championship is this weekend at South River Gun Club in Conyers.  Some of the top 3-gun shooters in the nation will be there.  This is an excellent chance to check out some pretty cool AR setups.  It might give you some ideas for your next builds There will also be several vendors, so you might score some good deals on AR parts and gear.  Come check it out after the gunshow.  If you are going to come, email me and I'll give you the unofficial guided tour.

     Sorry for the slow response, I wasn't around my computer yesterday.  There won't be any manufacturer's at the match, but there will be several competition oriented vendors with products for pistols, rifles, & shotguns.  There should also be several vendors with reloading supplies, if any of you reload.  I would think the opportunity to check out some AR setups would be worth the trip.  While they aren't dedicated "tactical" setups, many portions of the competition setups do find their way into a tactical/defensive AR.  The AR's are setup to maximize engagements speeds combined with a high degree of precision for distances from point blank to 400 yards.  I certainly think the ideas and experiences in these setups can be applied to other shooting disciplines.

Almost forgot, yep, it's a two day match.  Vendors will be around both days.
