To take advantage of the 50+ degree weather and of course to have a good reason to shoot, we're meeting at Calverton this sunday for our (HAHA) LAST shoot of 2003. Bring everything you've got and blast those evil lids with us, until they are bleeding all over the hills.

Hoplite, send out the mailer!

UPDATE: Guys, I messed up and won't be able to make it on Sunday, is there anyway we can do this on Saturday? My first Bar review class starts Sunday 9am and runs until about 6pm, so its a definate I can't make it. Willing to switch days?? Please?

BAR review?? Great, we have nothing but respect for the work of America's finest firearms designer, John Moses Browning. Bring
your BAR, I suspect some of these mouse gunners need a little remedial work with a good .30 caliber weapons platform. Bring on the M2 BALL!

Greg,
Feel up to working some magic on my Rem.700 trigger? Since it will be warm enough to feel our finger tips I figure this Sat. is a good day for it. I'll bring some tools.
To all others;
Anyone bringing a decent example of a FAL? I'm thinking of getting a Stg.58 type from Ohio Rapid Fire but I've only fired one once, (A Century, YUCK!) I especially liked the way the front sight rotated a little more with every shot. I mentioned it to the guy and tightened it down for him, then I showed him how the bolt was supposed to lock back. This was a brand new feature for him.
