You'll be legal in Kentucky.

Once you have your Ohio permit, you can apply to New Hampshire for non-resident permit and expand the number of states significantly. It is handled through the mail, but you can get the application on the net.

I'm close to getting the Ohio CCW. Is there anywhere to see where the NH non-resident is honored also?

This page from handgunlaw.us is pretty cool. You check the boxes on the bottom that correspond to the permits that you have and it will build a map for you showing where you are legal.

That is an awesome tool. I just figured I'm going to get an Ohio, NH non-resident, and Maine non-resident.

Maine is just for when I'm up there. It's looks like they don't share anything with any other state.

Is it possible to get a non-resident CCW for indiana?

I have family there and it picks up a hell of allot of States not covered by Ohio.

And PA., Threw Cenrte Co.( State Col. Area) I think its 19.00 or 29.00 bucks.

It is a non res.permit, but it's good to have.

Thanks

That sucks as I'm pretty sure they have a lifetime CCW for $100...oh well.

My CCW instructor set us up with New Hampshire and Florida CCW applications and told us those two get you the best coverage you can get.

Anybody have experience with getting the NH or PA non-resident permits? What is required for each?

I've been meaning to investigate these for a while... I mainly want to have something that's recognized in GA, since I have family there - would also like CO, but they apparently don't recognize non-resident permits and lack reciprocity with OH...
