Hey Jon,

         Check out this,

http://www.czforum.com/

Click on enter forum and then on CZ Clone section. Lot of good info there. Gotta love the Witness. I have 2, one large frame and one small frame, both full length.
Large frame is 45 ACP with a 400 Corbon barrel and 38 Super topend.
Small frame is a 40 S&W with a 357 Sig barrel.
The 357 Sig is my favorite by far. Hope this helps.

A few years ago I had a 9mm Witness. I had Arizona Response Systems do some work to it including some trigger work. I don't remember exactly what he did but it included a lighter trigger spring. Made the trigger light and smooth. Only problem was with the lighter spring there was the potential for it to not strike the primer hard enough. I shot it once after that with no problems before I sold it. I miss that gun.
