I spotted a (very lightly) used Beretta 96 vertec inox at my gun store today for $550.  Is this reasionable?  I hope so cuz' it's calling to me...

Well can't say for your area, but up in NY if someone saw that price for a Beretta that would be a very very good deal.  The lowest around here in my area is 559, and its unknown if that covers the ballistic sample which is manditory here.

I was looking at this gun today at the Houston gun show. I saw a brand new stainless (inox) vertec for $549 and blue ones for $519. Granted this is gunshow pricing but these guys are not selling for less than what they paid! On a used on I would not go more than $450 if you absolutely have to have it. They probably did not pay more than $350 anyway. Also, check www.gunsamerica.com for pricing on anything you buy.
