They are the same thing. Just like 9mm nato, 9mm parabellum, 9x19, etc are the same thing

Of course ACP stands for Automatic Colt Pistol.

.380 ACP
.32 ACP

Another wierd one you might trip across:

.380 ACP = 9 mm Browning.

When it comes to the .380, no trivia buff should leave out 9 Corto (Spanish for Short)…

.45 ACP, .45 Auto & .45 Auto-Rim. The latter is a rimmed version of the ACP for use in revolvers w/o the 'moon' clips.

Umm, there's no "GLOCK 40" but, there are .40cal GLOCKs.
