A .380 is a 9mm x 17mm
While the nato 9 (and any of the other designations) is 9mm x 19mm. It allows for a round with more power. |

Besides them ankle guns, what are ya plannin' on carryin'? Just kidding... I'd go with the 9mm myself, but you know what you are more comfortable with.

9mm Para ammo is cheaper, more powerful and more widely available than .380 ACP. You make the choice.
