if you put the 10 pound wolf hammer spring in 2 out of 2000 rounds of mil-spec 9mm will fail to fire.

How much thicker is the grip then a glock 9mm or sig 9mm? Or is it the same.

A jet funnel is an extended and wide mag well opening. With it you can use the extended capacity 18 round white mags without them looking goofy.
Link to a picture of what the JF looks like and how it looks when used with the white mags and how it looks when the white mags are used without the JF. When the JF is used you can only use the white mags because the shorter full caps and Clinton mags will not lock in any more.

anybody buy nite sights for it? i like the factory sights, but i think i'd like some nite sights.

I put mepro nite sights on a USPc-45. Ordered the sight tool and sights from topglock.com and did it myself. Took about 30 minutes.

I put mepro's on my compact 40 and love them. Basically the same as the factory sight except they glow.

thanks! will probably buy some of those when i become proficient with the factory sights.

i've heard from a couple people that due to the lightness of the gun, the HK USP 9mm has a bit more recoil than, let's say a Sig 9mm or Beretta 9mm. is that true? I also heard that the HKs have a recoil reduction "thing" in them. seems like both statements can't be true. can anyone shed some light?

also, the date code is KI, which is 1998. anybody have any problems with that year?

Like the Rogue Warrior said to me at the Shot Show in Las Vegas last saturday. "KICK ASS" therefore you will kick ass because the gun kicks ass. HK's kick ass!

it's safe, fire away.

It safe, but I find when you have ammo you get better results.
