how to add plus 2 extension to glock mags?

has anyone found an easy way to do so?

What brand and what type of Glock mag(i.e. FML or NFML)?

You take off the old baseplate and the insert and put in the new +2 extensions.

That simple.

Or perhaps you mean tips and tricks?  Try sticking a punch or similar piece of rod the size of the hole.  Hold the rod in the right hand with your thumb on the front of the mag body.  Hold the mag in the left and and pull your right hand towards you while holding the left arm ridged.  The baseplate will just pop off.
