Topic says all. Ive seen they can switch the safety to the right side of the gun, but are there more switches and modifications that can be made?

Will the USP has 9 variants. So you could switch the safety/decock to the left side. Or install a LEM trigger or make the gun DAO.

Other than that, the gun has a ambi mag release.

Only part you can't make lefty friendly is the slide stop.  Everything else can be changed.

The slide stop is large enough that it's easy to operate with the trigger finger of your left hand.  I'm a lefty and have never had a problem with my USP.
